White-cheeked Pintail (Anas bahamensis) have been register from Boris Nikolov & Iva Hristova-Nikolova as Category D and first record for Bulgaria on 10 September 2022.
The place of observation where Reservoir Kaloyanovo (Plovdiv Region). Introduced bird for several countries  in West & Central Europe. For Balkan Peninsula that is second observation after Slovenia.
The birds was also observed from Petar Stankov on next day (11 Sept)  with photo.
